Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw moved into a tie for second in the North Coast Athletic Conference standings following a sweep of visiting Wittenberg. Wittenberg tied the score in the fifth after Rachel Ross singled and moved to third when Brooklyn Cox reached on a single and moved to second on an error. A passed ball allowed Ross to score from third.

Pinch-hitter Katie Harrison's single to right with two outs in the eighth was followed by Jessica Snyder's single and Carly Cribbs' two-run triple which gave Wittenberg a 3-1 lead.

Holly Paris led off the DePauw eighth with a walk and pinch-runner Samantha Szyska moved to second on Hallett's sacrifice bunt. Kosinski reached on a walk and Haley Buchanan singled to load the bases. Hendrickson's single scored Szyska and Emily Dieckmann's ground out plated Kosinski.

The teams played through a scoreless ninth before DePauw scored the game winner in the 10th. Kosinski was placed on second as part of the tiebreaker rule and moved to third when Buchanan reached on a fielder's choice sacrifice bunt. Dieckmann then delivered a single to right for the win.

Hendrickson paced DePauw with three of its 10 hits as eight different players collected hits. Eight different Wittenberg players had one hit each.

Dieckmann led off the second with a homer to center and Hendrickson drove in Kosinski in the third with a grounder.

Rose led off the sixth with a triple and scored when Amicon reached on an error. Snyder doubled in the seventh and scored on Rose's single to close the gap to 5-4, but Amicon popped up to end the game.
