Greencastle, Ind. - DePauw opens its 125th season of intercollegiate football when it hosts St. Olaf College this Saturday in the first meeting between the two schools.

Kickoff from Blackstock Stadium is set for 1 p.m. and there is no admission charge.

The Tigers are coming off a 4-5 season in 2011 which they won three of their last four contests. Picked by the North Coast Athletic Conference coaches to finish third in their inaugural season of NCAC play, the Tigers return 36 lettermen including 12 starters.

St. Olaf is 1-0 on the season after Saturday’s 28-23 win at Luther for its 18th straight non-conference win dating back to 2004. The Oles received votes in this week’s D3football.com poll and are coming off an 8-2 season with one of the wins against fifth-ranked Bethel (Minn.).
