Six Tigers Earn All-NCAC Women's Soccer Honors

Greencastle, Ind. - Six DePauw student-athletes have been selected to the All-North Coast Athletic Conference Women’s Soccer Teams in voting by the conference’s head coaches.

Junior midfielder Angela Cotherman (Lake Forest, Ill/Brewster Academy (N.H.)) was the Tigers’ lone selection to first team.

Cotherman was second on the team with four goals and assisted on two others. She delivered the game-winning goal against Allegheny to send the Tigers into the conference tournament.

Forwards Chloe Jacob (Grosse Pointe Park, Mich/Grosse Pointe South) and Dana Sprague (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia/Cushing Academy) joined senior defender Kat Wilson (Evanston, Ill/Evanston) on the second team.

Sprague currently leads the team with seven goals and with one assist to lead the squad with 15 total points.

Jacob has two goals on the year and one game winning score.

Wilson helped speared the teams defensive efforts that lead to six shuts out and a goals against average of 1.45.

Sophomore goalkeeper Emma Cooper( Tulsa, Okla/Cascia Hall Prep) and senior midfielder Emily White (Bloomington, Ill/Bloomington) were named honorable mention.
