I Send You This Place, a feature-length documentary film made by Peter Ohs, a 2005 graduate of DePauw University, and his wife, Andrea Sisson, will be screened at the third annual Video Art & Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF 2013).  The event will take place February 7-9 at Tribeca Cinemas in New York City. Ohs' film will be shown on February 9, with a question-and-answer session following the screening. (photo by William Coupon)

"The three-day festival aims to introduce New York audiences to the most arresting, provocative and conceptually challenging works in time-based media today," notes the event's website.

Ohs and Sisson produced the film -- which was shot in Iceland -- under the name "Lauren Edward," which is a combination of their middle names. It premiered last April at the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival in Durham, North Carolina.

Pete Ohs, who was a computer science major and Information Technology Associate at DePauw, is a three-time regional Emmy® Award-winner. He has previously received attention for directing music videos, including Wavves' No Hope Kids and Best Coast's When I’m With You.
