John Marshall, a 1993 graduate of DePauw University, has joined NexCore Group as senior vice president, business development. Based in Denver, Colorado, NexCore is a national healthcare real estate (HRE) developer.
"In his new role, Mr. Marshall will oversee the expansion of NexCore’s development platform of outpatient facilities, medical office buildings (MOBs) and other related facilities for health systems and hospitals throughout the country," notes an announcement. We welcome John to NexCore Group and look forward to his expertise as we continue to expand our development platform nationwide."
"I’ve always had a strong industry respect for NexCore Group and its leadership," says Marshall, who was a communication major at DePauw and a standout on the men's swimming team. "I’ve been well aware of their spirit of competition and collaboration, their successful repeat business, and their outstanding projects from coast to coast. Marshall has had a 21-year career in commercial real estate, most recently serving as vice president, healthcare strategy and development for Duke Realty.
