Trial Attorney Tricia DeLeon '96 Joins Holland & Knight

Trial attorney Tricia DeLeon, a 1996 graduate of DePauw University, has joined Holland & Knight as a litigation partner in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. She will also be a member of the firm’s Financial Services Industry group. DeLeon was previously a partner at Gruber Hail Johansen Shank and Bracewell.

"Tricia’s experience and reputation with financial institutions makes her a perfect match for our Dallas office, which has an extensive roster of banking clients," says John Hogan, chair of Holland & Knight’s Litigation Section. "Her arrival, coming on the heels of our hiring of commercial litigator David Schulte, will add even more strength to our powerhouse team."

An announcement notes, "DeLeon has more than 18 years of business litigation experience in matters spanning many industries. She has considerable experience handling matters for financial institutions, including bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues and director and officer insurance disputes."

DeLeon serves her community as chair of the board of directors for Thrive Women’s Clinic, is a trustee for the Dallas Bar Foundation, "and is committed to having at least one pro bono case on her docket at all times."
