Anne Morrissey '90 is CFO of SigFig

Anne Morrissey, a 1990 graduate of DePauw University, has been appointed chief financial officer of SigFig. A financial technology company for banks, advisors, and consumers, SigFig welcomes "a finance and technology veteran with experience growing startups like Fitbit and LeapFrog," according to an announcement.

"Anne joins us at a pivotal moment in SigFig’s growth trajectory as we unveil new products, expand into new regions, and grow our range of clients across the financial services sector," SigFig co-founder and CEO Mike Sha said.

Morrissey has previously served as senior director of finance at Fitbit, director of finance for LeapFrog, and director of investor relations at Yahoo!. She worked for nearly a decade in financial services with both JPMorgan Chase & Company and Salomon Smith Barney.

"I’ve always been passionate about my work in technology and financial services," says Anne Heller Morrissey, who majored in political science and Spanish and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. "(With) SigFig’s pioneering vision for the industry, I see this as an opportunity to work with Mike and his team to scale the business with strategic financial management."
