Campus event requests, small or large, start with with The Office of Campus Event Services.
Identifying a date for your event that does not conflict with previously scheduled events or major campus-wide activities.
Finding an appropriate location for your event based on the nature of your activities and reviewing venue availability.
The creation of detailed diagrams for your event(s) to establish set-up possibilities.
The submission of set-up details to The Office of Facilities Management on your behalf. Please note that event set-up requests submitted directly to The Office of Facilities Management will be canceled and notification to the requester will be provided, directing them to The Office of Campus Event Services.
