A multi-staged project

DePauw is implementing a new housing master plan to deliver vibrant, sustainable student living. The first phase, a renovation of Mason and Lucy Halls beginning in 2026, will include a complete interior overhaul that includes accessibility updates and the development of “semi-suites” to improve sophomore housing. This initiative is part of a broader campus strategy to support student well-being and create a cohesive campus community from first-year to senior housing. Housing plans also include light renovations to duplexes and the surrounding West Neighborhood in 2025-2026.
