Seminary Square

Mixed-use district

Seminary Square is a key component of DePauw’s “Growing Green and Gold Together” initiative, a joint public-private effort with the City of Greencastle. The project will transform two city blocks into a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use district with 120 residential units, retail and green space, connecting campus to the greater community. This future landmark will also be home to the new DePauw bookstore.
