DePauw develops leaders the world needs through an uncommon commitment to the liberal arts.
The Sanger Leadership Initiative
Mapping leadership at DePauw
The Sanger Leadership Initiative at DePauw University empowers you to become the leader you were meant to be by integrating leadership development into your educational journey. Through a blend of curricular and cocurricular opportunities, you will engage in experiential learning, including workshops on ethical decision-making, networking events with prominent leaders and collaborative projects that challenge you to think critically. Throughout this work we build on DePauw’s guiding principles and core and relational values to foster a leaderful campus.
