Workday training and support for staff, faculty and students
Workday training sessions and open labs for all staff, faculty and students will continue throughout the 2025-2026 Fall and Spring terms, with options focused both on using Workday Platform functionality and on preparing for DePauw's Workday Student Launch in Spring 2026.
For each topic, live instructor-led sessions will be repeated multiple times so campus members can choose a time that best fits their schedule. These sessions will provide key information about the topic and offer time for participants to engage in Q&A with members of the Workday Project Team.
- A recorded version of each topic's session will be available for replay and review after the instructor-led sessions for the topic are completed.
- Campus members can choose to participate in a live instructor-led session or view a recorded session (or both) as they prefer.
- Open Lab sessions will be available beginning in Week 2 for persons to engage with members of the Workday Project Team to ask followup questions, get help with specific areas with using Workday, or explore Workday in a hands-on experience.
Training Schedule
Specific session times and zoom links for each time are available in the Workday Training Dates Calendar. Some topics may be repeated in following weeks after their initial sessions, as needed.
Review the Recommended Learning Tracks tab to find recommended topics for your role on campus.
Employees must be logged in to their DePauw Google account to view the training calendar and recommended learning tracks.
