We are pleased to announce that a major milestone in the Workday Student project was completed on January 23, and student data has been converted into the Workday tenant that we use on a daily basis. We encourage you to ensure that you can log into Workday with Single Sign On (SSO); if you are having difficulties logging in, please contact the Help Desk.

As a reminder, all actions that relate to the Spring and May terms will take place in eServices, for example, mid-term and final grades. All activities that relate  to the Fall 2026 term will take place in Workday, beginning with advising and registration for fall courses. 

In the coming weeks, faculty advisors will hear from Kelley Hall about opportunities to learn about navigating Workday as an advisor including how to view advisees, what the student experience will look like related to registration and how to set up advising appointment availability. Additionally, we are developing materials that provide an overview for all faculty about items like viewing your course sections. 

In the spirit of transparency, here are some important upcoming dates:

• February 23: Chairs and Directors to have submitted course section information via Google Form

• February 27: Schedule of Classes published in Workday

• March 2-16: Classroom assignments available for viewing in 25Live

• March 2-13: Slingshot system open Fall 2026 text adoptions

• March 11: Returning student onboarding launches, students to begin scheduling advising appointments

• April 13-17: Registration appointments

The Registrar’s Office will provide a more detailed calendar that includes other important dates.
