This page is a place to share concerns or request support related to experiences at DePauw University, whether for yourself or someone else. You may use this form to report sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment or other concerning experiences that otherwise interferes with an individual’s ability to fully access, participate in, or benefit from University education programs, activities, or campus life.  

Your report helps the University understand what is happening on campus and respond in ways that prioritize support, safety, and accountability.

What you can report

Use the categories below to help identify the type of concern you would like to report. Concerns may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, stalking, retaliation, violation of a no contact directive, or other forms of sexual misconduct
  • Discrimination or harassment based on one or more of the following protected characteristics:
    sex, race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or other status protected by law
  • Other conduct or behavior that may violate University policy or negatively affect someone’s ability to fully participate in University life

These protections apply to students, faculty, staff, applicants, and third parties involved in University programs or activities.

What to expect next

You will be asked to select the category that best fits your concern. If you are unsure, choose the option that feels closest.After you submit a report, it will be routed to the appropriate University office and then reviewed. A staff member from that office will contact you to learn more about your experience and discuss available options, resources, and support. Information is shared only with those who need to know in order to respond.
