FERPA PRIVACY ACT WAIVER - By signing this form, the student authorizes DePauw Financial Aid staff to release confidential information regarding financial aid and billing to designated individuals (e.g., the student's parents). eSTUDENT REGISTRATION (Indiana Residents Only) - Register for an account with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, Division of Student Financial Aid to review the application for state grant assistance and view any outstanding issues/problems. Register Online
STAFF TUITION REMISSION FORM - This form is for employees that qualify.  This form must be submitted each academic year. Open Link

Special Scholarships Applications:
ROLLA M. MALPAS TRUST SCHOLARSHIP - Available to outstanding Indiana students who have substantial eligibility for financial assistance as determined by the FAFSA. This scholarship is awarded to at least one first-year student and meets the recipient's full demonstrated need with grant assistance for four years. Application
KATHERINE COX HOOVER – Established by James E. and Katherine Cox Hoover ('51), this scholarship is awarded to a sophomore exhibiting outstanding character, leadership, and special talents in extra curricular activities.  
UNITED METHODIST SCHOLARSHIPS - Awarded to students who have at least a B grade point average, demonstrate financial need as determined by completing the FAFSA, and who are members of the United Methodist Church for at least one year. Every application must be accompanied by a pastor recommendation certifying church membership. Application
MEN'S HALL ASSOCIATION ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP - The Men's Hall Alumni Association of DePauw University each year recognizes an outstanding sophomore or junior who has contributed significantly to the quality of life at DePauw.  The scholarship winner this year will receive a minimum of $8,000.
