What are "Hot Spots"?

The Alumni Board's Programming Committee has designated 10 areas that have large concentrations of alumni with willing volunteers as Hot Spots. We are looking at these locations as becoming the next Regional Councils or Clubs. Hot Spots are different than formalized councils and clubs in that the only guideline is hosting a Monon Bell Telecast Party and a service event. While additional events may occur at these locations, they are just an added bonus to the alumni in that area.

Listed below are the Hot Spots and volunteers who have agreed to host or organize the two events. If you are interested in assisting with these events or would like to plan another type of event for a Hot Spot, you may: contact the volunteer in your area by clicking on his name listed below, review the event planning page, or contact Dana Moell, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations.
