We aim to make Inclusive Engagement a lived reality at DePauw, where every individual belongs, every voice is heard and meaningful participation shapes a campus grounded in opportunity, integrity and shared purpose.
Belonging is a culture created through relational experiences that promote feelings of safety, security, connectivity and support. It thrives in spaces of self-acceptance and a shared commitment to inclusion, where individuals are empowered to express their authentic selves while contributing to a caring, purpose-driven community.
