In-person classes will be suspended after the end of the day Friday and throughout next week as DePauw University seeks to mitigate effects of the coronavirus.

Spring break will occur as scheduled March 23-27 and, beginning March 30, students will complete the spring term via e-learning.

No case of the coronavirus has occurred at DePauw. But campus leaders -- Dave Berque, interim vice president for academic affairs; Alan Hill, vice president for student academic life; Bob Leonard, vice president for finance and administration; and Kathy Vrabeck ’85, chair of the Board of Trustees – made the decision and announced it this evening “to protect the health of our campus and Greencastle community.”
