Possession or use of firearms and any weapons, ammunition, fireworks, explosive materials or pellet guns on University property, fraternity or sorority property, or in out-in-town housing by students is prohibited. Violations of this policy will be processed through the Community Standards Program and are subject to criminal prosecution. Penalties may include suspension or expulsion.
