Designed by architect Carlos Jiménez and opened in 2002, the Richard E. Peeler Art Center is DePauw's first building dedicated to the teaching, creation, and display of art—and home to a permanent collection of over 3,700 objects. As a part of an institution of higher learning, we are dedicated to providing educational programming that will enhance the cultural life of the immediate community by contributing to the educational enrichment of students, faculty members and the general public.
