Campus Transparency Hazing Report

In compliance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act (December, 2024) and Indiana HB 1380 (July 1, 2024), DePauw University publishes a public report of hazing incidents in which a student organization (broadly defined including but not limited to teams, clubs, societies, fraternal or sororal organizations, performing groups, etc., associated with DePauw) is found responsible for a hazing violation.

Those reports are found in the menu below with the most recent at the top, starting with the 2025-2026 academic year. Reports will include investigation dates, findings, and sanctions imposed, and do not include names or other identifying information of individuals. Reports are labeled with the name of the organization and the semester and year of the incident that led to sanctions.

December 11, 2025 update: there is nothing to report at this time.
