Applying to DePauw

You may choose to apply using our online application or the printed forms. A $40 application fee is required for processing a paper application. Either way, please take a moment to look at the important deadlines and basic requirements as they pertain to your application category. Welcome to the DePauw admission website. Our admission process is designed to help you, the potential student, and DePauw learn more about one another.

For admission to DePauw, you may apply online using the Common Application or the DePauw Application for Admission.

Acquiring Financial Aid is also an essential part of the process for most students. In addition to need-based scholarships, DePauw offers several special scholarships which require additional applications.

Basic Requirements

College of Liberal Arts — Within the College of Liberal Arts, there are many academic programs and options. If you are interested in any of our five honors programs, be sure to check their admission requirements.

School of Music — Admission to the School of Music requires an audition, in addition to the standard application.

International Students — If you are not a U.S. citizen, this will guide you through the process of applying.

Transfer Students — If you are transferring from another university, we need to know about your previous college experience.

Because of the Information Technology Associates Program, I’ve picked up web design skills, video editing skills, and some basic programming.  I’ve continued using HTML and I’ve designed my own personal web page.
