Registration Fee
The $15 per adult registration fee helps to cover various expenses (table and chair rentals, printing and postage, additional security, custodial and other labor overtime and general entertainment) of the weekend, including general events for which there is no additional charge. The registration fee is waived for children under 18 years of age. Please note: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in order to stay in University housing.
Registration
Because of the large number of alumni expected to attend Alumni Reunion Weekend, advance registration is necessary.We cannot guarantee meal tickets or accommodations for alumni who register after the registration deadline or who arrive on campus without a reservation.
The registration deadline for Alumni Reunion Weekend 2008 was Friday, May 16, 2008. Online registration is no longer available. If you plan to attend Alumni Reunion Weekend and want to check the availability of event tickets, please call the Office of Alumni Relations at 877-658-2586 (toll-free), 765-659-4208 or 765-658-4209. Advanced registration is required and we cannot guarantee tickets or accommodations for alumni who arrive on campus without confirmed reservations.
Upon receipt of your reservation (e-mail or via mail), a confirmation notice was sent to you. Refunds will not be made after May 30, 2008.
On-Campus Housing
Reunion classes will be housed together in residence halls as space permits. Complete your Alumni Reunion Weekend Registration Form as soon as possible to ensure that you are housed with classmates.
Rooms are $25 per person, per night. This price includes all innkeepers and sales taxes. Children under 12 with sleeping bags are not charged. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult in order to stay in University housing. Residence halls are available from 3 p.m. on Wednesday through 11 a.m. on Sunday. Please note, all buildings on campus including residence halls are NON-SMOKING. If you have questions about housing, please contact the Office of Conferences and Campus Events at 765-658-4626.
Special Room Requests
Please include any special room requests on your registration form. Most rooms have two single beds. In most cases you will have a roommate. If you want to room with a particular person, please indicate the name of that person in the space provided on the Alumni Reunion Weekend Registration Form. All special requests must be submitted by May 1st, 2008.
Special Group Room Requests
Arrangements may be made for a block of rooms for a group. Indicate on your registration form the name of the group you wished to be housed with. One member of the group should submit a separate page listing all of the names of the people in the group and the group name with their registration form. All special requests must be submitted by May 1st, 2008 to abattin@depauw.edu and on all group members registration forms..

Shuttles To Campus
Limited shuttle service is available to and from the Indianapolis International Airport for $50 roundtrip. The shuttle schedule will be developed in May after requests have been received. The deadline for requests is May 12, 2008.
Upon Arrival to Campus
Make your first stop on campus the Memorial Student Union Building lobby to receive your residence hall room assignment, room keys and all reunion weekend registration materials. Your residence hall room key may be picked up or returned at any time between Wednesday, June 11, from 1 p.m- 10 p.m.; Thursday, June 12, from 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.;. Friday, June 13, from 9 a.m. - 12 a.m.; Saturday, June 14, from 7 a.m. - 12 a.m.; and Sunday, June 15, key return from 7 a.m. -3 p.m.
