Class of 1958 50th Reunion Event: Four Freshman Concert
There have been several great vocal groups during the years, but non more typified the college years in the '50s than the Four Freshmen. The original Four Freshmen have retired, but the sound goes on. The new group has maintained the original sound, and the members are going to be here especially for the Class of 1958 and other guests. You can't help but remember "It's a Blue World," "Day by Day" or "Graduation Day." Be there on Thursday night; it will make you young again!

A Conversation with Ferid Murad '58
Join the Class of 1958 to hear from DePauw's Nobel Prize winner Ferid Murad. Murad was one of three researchers awarded the Nobel Prize on Oct. 12, 1998, in recognition of their work for discovering that nitric oxide functions as a signal molecule in the cardiovascular system. The discovery was key to the development of Viagra, the anti-impotence drug, and has potential applications for the treatment of heart disease and other illnesses.
