A Journey Worth Taking

Every prospective student has a vision for what they want out of their college experience. I knew I wanted to go to a smaller liberal arts school and chose DePauw because of its strong background in the sciences. During my campus visit, the students went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and the professors I met were genuinely interested in helping me make my decision.

Every year at DePauw elevates who you are academically and as a leader. I’ve grown in my writing and critical thinking, and have many times taken the lead in my sport and Greek organization. Beyond campus, I’ve traveled to Italy, Slovenia, Croatia and New Zealand – each a transformative experience that has metamorphosed my worldview and appreciation for new languages and cultures.

DePauw is a journey worth taking because it allows you to 'have it all.’  No longer do you need to choose between academics, athletics and community or Greek organizations.  Being a DePauw student means you can excel in your field of study, play a sport and join various organizations. Here it all is possible.
