Taylor Malayer
Assistant Director of Admission

Taylor Malayer is a graduate of DePauw University and has lived most of her life in Putnam County. She attended North Putnam High School and decided that when searching for colleges, no other school could compare to what was in her backyard. While at DePauw University, Taylor majored in English literature and minored in education. Taylor’s passion for literature and working with youth led her into a career in teaching. She taught at Ben Davis High School and Crawfordsville High School. Taylor wanted to leave Wabash territory and return home to help high school students on their journey into higher education.
Taylor spends her time with her two young children and her spouse, Austin Malayer, who is also a graduate of DePauw. Her family spends their free time playing outside as much as they can, going to parks and playgrounds, as well taking weekend trips to explore nearby areas. She hopes to continue their legacy at DePauw when her own children are grown. Until then, Taylor wants her children to enjoy all that Greencastle and DePauw have to offer.
