FITS provides workshops and one-on-one training in software and online programs for students.

Support for student curricular projects

Students who would like technology support related to coursework can receive help from our office in one of two ways:

1. Students needing help learning technology for academic or university-related work may request assistance by contacting Jin Kim at jkim@depauw.edu or (765) 658-1094.

2. Faculty members and instructional staff can request assistance for students in training sessions during or outside class time. Contact Jin Kim at jkim@depauw.edu or (765) 658-1094 to discuss the available options, including having an instructional technologist or a FITS intern instruct a class. A copy of the assignment, including information regarding the technology to be learned, the goal of the assignment, and the class size will help us in planning the best support.
