Audio and video (A/V) services

User Services provides onsite A/V services such as live sound, digital presentations, recording, and live online streaming support for select high-priority campus events as arranged. For all other events, we equip event organizers with self-service options and equipment. Fees may be charged for some services.

*Note: Support for events in the Green Center for the Performing Arts (GCPA) and Music on the Square is provided by Performing Arts Production Staff.

Equipment and reservations

A variety of media equipment is available for checkout, delivery, and setup. Advance reservations are required.

To check out equipment:

Go to IT Equipment Reservations and submit a request.

After the request has been reviewed, you will receive email with the approval status of the request and how to arrange a pickup time. Equipment is picked up and dropped off at the IT HelpDesk in Julian 163 during regular office hours.
