Caroline Jetton serves as Associate Dean of Academics and Advising for the School of Music, Director of Music Teacher Education, and Professor of Music. Her teaching responsibilities are in the area of music education and have included elementary and secondary general music, early childhood, diverse needs, foundations of music education, and student teaching supervision.

Annie was a public school teacher for 13 years before making the switch to come work at DePauw. She started working at DePauw as the secretary of the Women's Center in the fall of 2010, and in the fall of 2013, she began working as the secretary of the English Department. Annie moved to the School of Music as the Administrative Executive Assistant in October of 2021.

Joe Novak manages the production elements for the presentations and productions at the Green Center for the Performing Arts. Joe's career in theatre has been as a lighting designer, tour manager, production designer, and general problem solver for theatre over three decades.

Long before her appointment to the Green Center production team began, Suzanne had developed a devotion to advocating for artists—from rounding up fellow grad students to help save funding for the arts in Austin, Texas, to later posts as Putnam County Arts and Culture Director and as DePauw School of Music’s marketing and publications manager.

Jaye designs scenery/lighting, builds sets for the theatre program and the School of Music and handles technical needs for Green Guest Artists and other guests. When not in the GCPA Shop, she can be found at Opera in the Ozarks where she has been the Technical Director for the past four summer seasons.

Ming-Hui Kuo is Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music, coordinator of the Community Music Program, coordinator of activities at Music on the Square, and is also a member of the Production team.

Matt Johnson began recording and producing music while completing his B.M. degree in trombone performance at the University of Iowa. After earning his degree, he spent an additional year in Iowa City working for the University of Iowa recording studio. Now at DePauw, Matt oversees the recording studio, operates live sound equipment, and also assists the technical director.

Shyniya Lyles received her bachelor’s degree in 2023 from Indiana Bible College, where she majored in worship studies with a minor in music. A native of Inman, South Carolina, she recently relocated to Greencastle, Indiana. In addition to working at DePauw, she serves as the music director and main keyboardist at Grace Tabernacle.

Evan Scott received his bachelor's degree in 2017 from Indiana State University, where he majored in English with a minor in creative writing. Evan came to DePauw first as a member of the Facilities Management team before becoming a production Intern. Originally from Greencastle, Evan hopes to make members of the DePauw community feel welcomed in his hometown.

Lynn Rodriguez Hohenstein was classically trained on piano, performed with obscure rock bands on the East Coast in the ’80s, studied jazz at Berklee College of Music, and studied history at Thomas Edison State University. She has taught music classes, ensembles and individuals.

Zoua Sylvia Yang joined the DePauw community in 2016 as the Music and Performing Arts Librarian. She holds master’s degrees in Library and Information Science and in Music History and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has served as an Association of Research Libraries/Music Library Association Diversity & Inclusion Initiative Fellow.

Veronica Pejril composes new and experimental music and teaches methods in contemporary music making with digital tools. An alumna of the Experimental Music Studios at the University of Illinois and the Computer Music Center at Princeton, she studied composition with Paul Lansky, Steven Mackey and Milton Babbitt.
