An Application
To apply online, use the links below to access the necessary forms. If you begin an online application, you may save your work at any point and continue at a later time.
Either the DePauw Application for Admission or the Common Application.
Students wishing to complete a paper application for admission may print the PDF versions of either the Common Application or the DePauw Application for Admission using these links. A $40 application fee is required for processing a paper application for admission. (If a PDF page does not display, you may need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader, a free plug-in.)

Official Test Scores
DePauw University numbers for submitting scores are as follows:
- SAT I and SAT II: 1166
- AP: 1166
- ACT: 1184
- TOEFL: 1166
Official High School Transcript
This must come from your current or most recently attended high school.
A Sample of Your Writing
Please write an essay of 250 – 500 words on a topic of your choice. This personal essay helps us become acquainted with you as a person and student, apart from courses, grades, test scores, and other objective data. It will also demonstrate your ability to organize your thoughts and express yourself.
This requirement is fulfilled automatically when submitting the Common App or DePauw On-Line Application.

Transfer applicants with two years of college studies at another institution are not required to submit a secondary school report, but may do so. All transfer applicants must submit an Official College Transcript from their current institution and complete one of the forms below.
