ID OneCard

The ID OneCard identifies you as a member of the DePauw community.

OneCard is a system that enables you to use your DePauw ID card for a host of campus services, including:

Your DePauw ID card is just as important as your driver's license, keys, or debit card. It has a chip, magnetic strip, and antennae embedded in it, so do not bend, crack, punch holes, add stickers, mark on, or alter it in any way. 

Fees

First card

DePauw students receive their first DePauw ID card at no charge and you will keep it as long as you continue to be a student at DePauw. 

Replacement cards

Students are charged $20 for replacement ID cards, which is applied to his/her tuition account. Please note that once a replacement ID card is created, all previously issued cards are permanently deactivated.

Faculty and staff members should contact the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294 or HelpDesk@depauw.edu for information on receiving a replacement card. 

To get your DePauw ID Card

A valid photo ID card (e.g. driver's license, military ID, passport, etc.) is required for identification purposes when picking up your first DePauw ID card. 

New students

We recommend you upload your photo before August 15th so you can pick up your DePauw ID card at your check-in location when you arrive on-campus. Learn how at DePauw ID Card: Uploading a photo to GET.

If you are unable upload your picture or your DePauw ID card is not available when you check-in, we will have staff available at the HelpDesk on Opening Day to assist you. The HelpDesk is located on the lower level of the Memorial Student Union Building.

New faculty and staff

Visit the HelpDesk during our regular hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to have your photo taken and DePauw ID card processed.

Replacement Cards

Visit the HelpDesk during our regular hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for replacement ID cards. Please see the above "Fees" section for costs that may apply. A DePauw ID card will only be released to the person for which it has been issued.
