The ID OneCard identifies you as a member of the DePauw community.
OneCard is a system that enables you to use your DePauw ID card for a host of campus services, including:
Your DePauw ID card is just as important as your driver's license, keys, or debit card. It has a chip, magnetic strip, and antennae embedded in it, so do not bend, crack, punch holes, add stickers, mark on, or alter it in any way.
DePauw students receive their first DePauw ID card at no charge and you will keep it as long as you continue to be a student at DePauw.
The cost to replace student ID cards is $20 and the fee is applied to your student account. Faculty and staff should contact the HelpDesk at (765) 658-4294 or HelpDesk@depauw.edu for information on receiving a replacement card.
To get your DePauw ID Card
A valid photo ID card (e.g. driver's license, military ID, passport, etc.) is required for identification purposes when picking up your first DePauw ID card.
We recommend you upload your photo before August 15th so you can pick up your DePauw ID card at your check-in location when you arrive on-campus. Learn how at DePauw ID Card: Uploading a photo to GET.
If you are unable upload your picture or your DePauw ID card is not available when you check-in, we will have staff available at the HelpDesk on Opening Day to assist you. The HelpDesk is located on the lower level of the Student Memorial Union Building.
