FoodService Director Notes Unique Offerings of DePauw's New Hoover Dining Hall

"DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., has debuted a tandoor oven and an agua fresca bar in its new Hoover Dining Hall," notes the website of FoodService Director magazine. "The additions, among others, made their introduction when the dining hall opened for business on Oct. 31. Menu items served at the new eatery include a halal burger, veggie tofu tacos and seared chayote squash."

The brief piece adds, "The dining hall is run by DePauw’s foodservice provider, Bon Appetit."
