Our approach to investing

The DePauw Investment Group takes a values-based approach to our investing. We look for undervalued companies to add to our portfolio early, with an investment strategy oriented towards long-term earnings growth. Instead of day-trading, the DePauw Investment Group focuses on portfolio growth over the next few years. Our analysts diligently watch their holdings and conduct market research and financial analysis to ensure we maintain high conviction in all of our holdings.

In addition to the due diligence conducted by our analysts in monitoring their assigned holdings, the DePauw Investment Group abides by a few key parameters to ensure our portfolio remains diversified:

• The DePauw Investment Group will hold a minimum of 50 securities.

• No more than 33% of the total fund’s capital may be held in a single sector.

• No more than 5% of the total fund’s capital may be invested in a single holding.
