Drop-in throughout the day to experience this powerful film, a project of Professor Beth Benedix’s nonprofit organization, The Castle. "North Putnam" celebrates the transformative power of schools and teachers in creating joyful, creative, and empowering learning environments, even amidst significant challenges.
Award-winning author Dave Eggers calls North Putnam “a subtle and beautiful slice of life” and “an affirmation of the power of schools and teachers to create something extraordinary.” Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the film’s themes and learn more about its mission to inspire hope and compassion in education.
The film will run on a continuous loop from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Alumni College: Behind the Scenes - Exclusive Tour of the University's Permanent Art Collection 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Peeler Art Center
Explore the hidden treasures of DePauw University's Permanent Art Collection in a 45-minute guided tour with Christie Anderson, the collection's registrar. With over 3,700 objects in the collection, this special sunrise tour provides an exclusive opportunity to view works not currently on display. Limited to a very small number of guests, this is a unique chance to see rarely seen artworks.

Surround yourself with the beauty of one of DePauw’s most beloved treasures - the DePauw Nature Park. Take in breathtaking views as you hike along trails that will take you up to the heights of the quarry, down along the creekside, or through the lush woodlands. View the Trail Guide for all hiking locations.
The Nature Park is open from sunrise to sunset, and hours may vary based on staffing. Transportation is not provided to or from the Nature Park.

Join fellow alumni and friends in one of the most popular events during Reunion Weekend! Connect over breakfast with DePauw University President Lori S. White in beautiful Hoover Hall. President White will share important strategic plan updates and celebrate both the past and future of the university.
Reserved seating will be available for the 50th Reunion Class of 1975, the 25th Reunion Class of 2000, and the Alumni Board/GOLD Alumni Board. All other seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
After departing from Hoover Hall, relive one of the most special parts of your undergraduate career by walking down the flag-lined path on your way to the Convocation of Alumni.

Take part in a time-honored tradition. Along with your DePauw Alumni Board and GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Alumni Board, cheer on the 50th Reunion Class of 1975 as they process into Kresge Auditorium and offer up a toast to Old DePauw. During the ceremony, we will also honor the 25th Reunion Class of 2000 and our most senior alumni, as well as showcase the generosity of all reunion years with a check presentation of class gifts to President White.
The 50th Class of 1975 will meet in Moore Theater (also conveniently located in the Green Center for the Performing Arts) at 10:30 a.m. after the President's Breakfast to process into Kresge Auditorium.

Alumni College: Growing Green and Gold Together 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. | Judson and Joyce Green Center for the Performing Arts, Moore Theater
Join Andrea Young, Vice President for Finance and Administration, Dionne Jackson, Vice President for Institutional Equity, and Jason Chew, Project Director and Community Liaison, for an exciting overview of the "Growing Green and Gold Together" initiative! This initiative is a collaborative effort by DePauw University and the City of Greencastle to support local development and enhance the quality of life for all residents. With generous support from the Lilly Endowment Inc.'s College and Community Collaboration, the project will address critical community needs through four key components:
Seminary Square: A two city block mixed-use development featuring residential units and commercial space, providing a range of housing options to serve multiple target markets within the community.
Downtown Public Space Enhancement: Revitalization of spaces around Courthouse Square to facilitate community events and improve connectivity with DePauw's campus.
Downtown Small Business Incubator Fund: A partnership with local organizations to support entrepreneurship and economic growth in Greencastle, including student entrepreneurs.
Putnam County YMCA and Natatorium: An inclusive aquatics center enhancement to the state-of-the-art facility already under construction promoting health and well-being across our community.

Campus Trolley Tours 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Robert G. Bottoms Center for Development and Alumni Engagement, Minshall Lab columns (rear patio)
Rediscover campus and see what’s new! Trolley tours (30-45 minutes) will take a full loop around campus and include a quick viewing of the Athletics Complex and Downtown Greencastle.
Tours depart at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. Campus tours do not require advance registration, but priority seating will be given to registered guests.
Please note: the trolley does have stairs to enter. Accommodations are offered for guests with mobility needs.

All alumni and friends, independents, fraternities and sororities without a house on campus, and those from every club, organization, and school throughout DePauw’s long history, are welcome to join us in the newly renovated Harrison Hall for an informal social, hosted by your Alumni Board and GOLD (Graduates of the Last Decade) Alumni Board. Light refreshments and a cash bar will be available.
This event will also serve as a gathering place for the following groups. We'll have signs out to help you locate your group!
- Graduates from DePauw's School of Nursing. Established in 1955 in partnership with Methodist Hospital, the School of Nursing holds a special place in our history.
- All Communication Majors, organized by the Class of 1995.
