Media Services
DePauw's User Services Team provides audio and video (A/V) support for campus events, manages A/V components of technology classrooms and teaching spaces, and offers checkout, delivery, and setup of several types of audiovisual equipment for students, faculty, and staff members.
Audio & Video (A/V) Services for Campus Members
Staffing and services can be provided to support events in most locations on campus*, including classrooms, auditoriums, meeting rooms, performance spaces, indoor and outdoor athletic fields, reception spaces, etc.

*Note: Support for events in the Green Center for the Performing Arts (GCPA) and Music on the Square is provided by Performing Arts Production Staff. Equipment and Reservations
A variety of media equipment is available for checkout, delivery, and setup. Advance reservations are required.
To check out equipment:
Go to IT Equipment Reservations and submit a request.
After the request has been reviewed, you will receive email with the approval status of the request and how to arrange a pickup time. Equipment is picked up and dropped off at the IT HelpDesk in Julian 163 during regular office hours.
