Bio:
Kevin Howley is the author of “Drones: Media Discourse and the Public Imagination” (Peter Lang, 2018) and “Community Media: People, Places, and Communication Technologies” (Cambridge University Press, 2005). He was editor of “Understanding Community Media” (Sage, 2010) and “Media Interventions” (Peter Lang, 2013). His scholarship has appeared in Television & New Media, Journal of Film & Video, Social Movement Studies, Journal of Radio Studies, Historical Journal of Film, Radio & Television, International Journal of Cultural Studies and Journalism: Theory, Practice & Criticism.
