DePauw is pleased to announce a new partnership with Slingshot, an Indiana-owned, family business headquartered in Marion, Ind., to operate its cherished campus bookstore, Eli’s Books. Eli’s Books will remain a vibrant and welcoming gateway to campus. The bookstore will keep its iconic name, honoring Colonel Eli Lilly’s legacy, and the adjacent Starbucks will continue to serve as a favorite gathering spot for students, faculty, alumni, and Putnam County residents. This new partnership ensures that the familiar comforts and community spirit of Eli’s remain intact while embracing new opportunities for growth and service.

The East College lawn was full on Sunday, May 18, as the Class of 2025 gathered with loved ones to receive their degrees and formally join the distinguished ranks of DePauw University alumni.
