Greencastle, Ind. – After winning the Central Region Doubles Championship the pairing of Caroline Emhardt and Maggie MacPhail will be heading to Fort Meyers, Fla. where they will compete in the USTA/ITA National Small College Championships from October 10-13.

This is the second year in a row that the Tigers have sent a doubles team to the National Small College Championships. Emhardt and MacPhail earned their trip by defeating teammates Claire Marshall and Taylor Mahr in the Central Region Doubles Championship.

On Thursday Emhardt and MacPhail will take on Kara Shoemaker and Rebecca Curran from Williams College at 2:15 pm. Subsequent matches will take place Friday at 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
