Instructions: Please read these instructions and the following questions carefully prior to beginning to respond to the questions. We invite you to respond to the first section with as much detail as you’re comfortable sharing. From there, you are welcome to pick and choose which additional questions you would like to complete, whether that be by commenting with a sentence or two or a paragraph or two!

Please be sure to complete this in one sitting, as the form will not save your progress.

You may find it helpful to copy and paste the questions to a Word or similar document while completing, then copying and pasting to the survey and hitting the "submit" button.

To assist you and for ready reference, here are the questions (you pick 'em...any or all!). Please remember to return to complete your survey by copying/pasting your answers and submit your details!

• Who’s responding? Please share name/married name/campus living unit/major/address/email/phone/spouse/children/profession/other notable nuggets
• Where are you now, where have you been, who and what have made your life’s journey with you, and what would you share about them (spouse, partner, children, grandchildren, pets, hobbies)?
• What would you like us to know about your achievements since leaving DPU? e.g. your career, volunteer activity, continuing studies, family accomplishments, travel experiences, etc.
• Thinking about your overall experience at DePauw, what did you value most upon graduation, and what do you value most today?
• Would you recommend a DPU Liberal Arts education experience to a high school senior today? Why?
• If you could have a "do-over" of some aspect of your DePauw experience, what would it be and what would you do differently?
• What are you doing these days? Can you tell us a few things about your past 50 years? This is a good place for sharing whatever you like about your career path, your family, travel, hobbies, and interests.
