Locally

Kevin Bautista

Stepping out of your comfort zone can be quite scary, especially if you are traveling to a new place, city or even country. Being an outsider going to a new environment can be challenging for many people. Locally, a website application, will solve that problem by allowing users to share and search for restaurants, attractions, and more. Locally will gather a database that will contain users’ inputs when they share or recommend their travel experiences. It will also incorporate outside API’s to gather information of restaurants and attractions around the user’s location. Users can search from their location or lookup a location on where they would like to explore. This will filter out the databases and will present a list based off their location and/or inputs. Upon selecting one of the options, users will then be given more information about it. Besides searching for things to do, users can also recommend places to go and share their own traveling experiences.
