· Concern for the safety of others

When an emergency occurs during regular business hours (M-F, 8AM-5PM):

Counseling Services holds emergency walk-in hours from 11AM-12PM and 3PM-4PM during regular business hours. If an emergency takes place outside of walk-in hours, students may still visit our office between the hours of 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday and should inform our front office manager he/she/they are experiencing a mental health emergency.  Students will be able to meet with our next available clinician.

when an emergency occurs after-hours or on weekends:

Counseling Services maintains after-hours and weekend crisis services through Protocall Services, Inc. and is accessible by calling our main office number (765-658-4268). This will connect students experiencing a mental health emergency/crisis with an on-call clinician. Please be assured our staff will provide follow-up contact with all calls received through Protocall Services, Inc.
