Questions about Remote Instruction - Where to Start

A list of of starting points for faculty members and students who have questions about remote instruction during fall 2020.

Students who have technology questions (e.g., password resets, other problems accessing services, questions about using a specific piece of software, etc.) can contact the HelpDesk at HelpDesk@depauw.edu or 765-658-4294.

Students who have questions about various topics related to DePauw's fall 2020 plan in context of COVID-19 (e.g., academics, housing and dining, testing, etc.) can find answers at FAQ's about DePauw's Response to COVID-19

Faculty members who believe a student needs additional support can send alerts through Navigate (SSC) for academic challenges or through email to care@depauw.edu for other challenges.

Students and faculty members can also reach out to specific offices, which will continue to be available to support students:

Students or Faculty members who need assistance accessing texts or other course materials can contact the Libraries.

Faculty members who have questions about instructional methods or related technology can contact FITS at FITS@depauw.edu or (765) 658-4673. FITS also hosts online drop-in office hours, which are are posted on the FITS Calendar of Events.
