Changing Your Passwords at DePauw
How to Change or Reset Your Account Password
Includes access to e-Services, Workday, and most other non-Google DePauw online platforms: Moodle, Campus Labs, Box.com, Handshake, Horizons, eduroam WiFi, networked Canon printer/copiers, I: & U: Drives, etc.
To Change Your DePauw SSO Password
- Log in to myaccount.depauw.edu and select Password
- NOTE: Re-enter the eduroam password on your laptop, cellphone and all devices immediately after changing your SSO password, else it will be locked and will need to be unlocked by the HelpDesk.
To Reset a Lost/Forgotten DePauw SSO Password
- Go to myaccount.depauw.edu and click Can’t access your account?
Use your DePauw email to reset your SSO password. - If you have difficulties, contact the IT HelpDesk.
To Change Your Google Password
- Log in to myaccount.google.com
To Reset a Lost/Forgotten Google Password
- Go to mail.depauw.edu and select Forgot email?
- Follow the prompts to enter your phone number or recovery email.
- If you have difficulties, contact the IT HelpDesk.
