Mail Center

Located at the Auxiliary Services Center - 300 W Hill St

 

The Mail Center will be closed on Monday, April 8th.  

We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday 8 AM to Noon by appointment 

The Mail Center will continue to operate via appointment only for mail pick up and drop off. We ask
that all of our colleagues use this link to schedule an appointment for any mail services that they
require. When scheduling the appointment please use the Description box within the appointment
screen to list the reason for the appointment. For example, if you wish to pick up mail list your name
and the department you’re picking up for. If you wish to drop off mail for processing, list mail drop-off.
We ask that you arrive promptly at your appointment time to maintain social distancing for other
colleagues.

Campus mail delivery operates on the following schedule:

Non-academic offices will be delivered and picked up Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

All Mail Services are available at this time. If you need to process a mailing, please reach out to me
directly via email at angelathompson@depauw.edu to make arrangements.


We still ask that you divert all personal mail to your home address but we are now able to process
personal packages for you. Please limit personal packages to one per appointment slot and have your
package properly packed, sealed, and addressed. We are unable to assist you with boxing and preparing
the package for shipment. We ask that you pay for these shipments via check only, no cash or credit
card payments can be accepted. We can also accept your prepared items with prepaid labels via
appointment.

 

The Mail Center takes care of the campus mailing needs.  They deliver all incoming mail, interoffice mail, and parcels. They process the outgoing mail, special mailings, and parcels.
