The 1992 graduate of DePauw University, most recently press secretary for Indiana Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman, has joined Fishers, Indiana-based Cantaloupe LLC as director of story development.

"Gardner, a native of Greensburg, worked for more than a decade in television news," reports the Indianapolis Business Journal. "She worked in markets in Ohio, Illinois and Kansas, before coming home to Indiana. In 2005, the DePauw University graduate left television to work as press secretary for Skillman."

Founded two years ago, "Cantaloupe ... is a marketing company that uses unscripted video stories to send its clients messages over the Internet. The infusion of reality marketing with Internet distribution has enabled the company to grow to almost 20 employees in the last 20 months," notes IBJ.
