Welcome to the Office of the Registrar. We are responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records of the academic progress of students while maintaining the privacy and security of those records. We are located on the mezzanine level of the Administration Building. DePauw's policies regarding student records and information are in accordance with the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students should report the following to the Office of the Registrar: class schedule changes, new home addresses, name changes, parent/guardian contact information, changes in the major, minor or advisor, and intent to withdraw from school.
