• Course & Calendar Oversight Proposal Form - This form should be used for the following submissions:
  • New Course Offerings: Propose a new addition to the curriculum.
  • Course Modifications: Edit or update an existing course listing.
  • Exploratory Foundations: Request a one-time Exploratory Foundation designation for a topics course.
  • Extended Studies: Submit a proposal for an Extended Studies course.
