Ball Corp. CEO David Hoover '67 Receives International Bridge Builder's Award

August 24, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - R. David Hoover, chairman and CEO of Ball Corporation and 1967 graduate of DePauw University, is the recipient of the University of Denver's "International Bridge Builders Award." Hoover was presented with the award August 15 at the annual Korbel Dinner: Building Bridges Globally, presented by the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Denver. Hoover is a member of DePauw's Board of Trustees.

The International Bridge Builders Award recognizes the personal contributions of alumni, staff, faculty and friends of the Graduate School of International Studies for enhancing the connection between Denver and the international community.

Hoover's award is noted in the Rocky Mountain News.
