When is Alumni Reunion Weekend at DePauw?
Reunion is the weekend of June 11-14, 2020, on the DePauw campus. Special social events, programs and a convocation led by members of the class of 1970 will highlight the 50th reunion. A schedule of events will is published on the main reunion webpage

What is the status of reunion amid COVID-19 concerns?

Where will I find the most up-to-date details on the 50th Reunion?
Details will be available on this page, however, for answers to specific questions, please direct those to the Office of Alumni Engagement. 

I’d like to attend. How and when can I register for the 50th Reunion weekend?
DePauw University is closely monitoring advisory information regarding COVID-19 and its potential impact on Alumni Reunion Weekend, June 11 - 14, 2020, here on campus. The wellness and safety of our alumni and guests is our utmost priority and we will communicate any developments that might affect the reunion schedule or your travel plans in a timely fashion.

Because of this, we are pausing registration for this year's Alumni Reunion Weekend at this time. We will send communication when registration re-opens or other decisions are made regarding the event.

Online registration typically stays open until late May. After that time, we will assist our alumni and guests with walk-in registrations, so should you find yourself in Greencastle during reunion weekend and have not yet registered, please stop by the Robert G. Bottoms Alumni and Development Center and we will help you out! However, please be mindful of potential limitations after the deadline.

How much will it cost to stay in the residence hall?
Two reasonable rates - one for single occupancy and one for shared occupancy - will be determined by the end of this year. There are no rooms with a full/ or queen-sized bed or a private bath. Shared rooms will have two twin XL beds. Linens will be provided.

What if I do not want to stay in the residence halls?
There’s a link on the reunion webpage to local accommodations you can book in the Greencastle area. Airbnbs are another option. The reunion page also has information about Greek chapters, too. To be put on the
waiting list for the Inn, please call the Office of Alumni Engagement at 877-658-2586. 

How can I connect with members of a fraternity, sorority, or another interest group at DePauw?
Class volunteers from living units and affinity groups have been recruited to contact you. They will have news about attendees, opportunities for living-unit visits and information about meet-ups on campus. 

May I bring a guest to the 50th reunion? What about our classmates who did not graduate from DePauw?
Spouses, partners or guests are welcome, but children under age 13 are not invited. Classmates who attended DePauw and started with the Class of 1970 are, of course, welcome.

How do I update my contact information?
Please reach out to the Office of Alumni Engagement with your current email address, home address and phone number at alumnioffice@depauw.edu, or by calling 877-658-2586. The team can also assist in directing you through logging into the online Alumni Directory.
