Scott Storrer '89 to Join Cardinal Health as Group President

Storrer, a 1989 graduate of DePauw University, was today appointed group president of healthcare supply chain services-pharmaceutical by Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH). He will come to his new post from Cigna Corp., where he served as executive vice president of service operations and information technology.

At Cardinal, Storrer will lead a $70 billion pharmaceutical supply chain services business. He will be responsible for pharmaceutical distribution, specialty pharmaceutical services, nuclear pharmacy services and Medicine Shoppe franchise operations.

"Scott is a hands-on leader with strong international experience and a proven track record of building strong customer relationships, developing valuable service offerings and driving great efficiency within the organizations he has previously led," says Mark A. Parrish, chief executive officer of healthcare supply chain services for Cardinal Health. "We're very excited about what he brings to Cardinal Health."
